RADIANT STUDY CENTRE

i. Radiant Coaching takes place in small groups, students are able to focus better and are taught in a way that specifically meets their own unique need. Here at Radiant, students attend coaching classes in small groups.
ii. The admission will be on basis of board examination percentage or marks obtained in admission cum scholarship test exam.as decided by the Institute.
iii. The available seats are limited and will be filled in first come first serve basis.
iv. The fee can be paid either in cash or through demand draft or NEFT Traansfer
v. Students must abide by the rules and regulations of Radiant coaching Centre at all times.
vi. Parents and guardians are expected to demonstrate their commitment to the education process by encouraging students and respecting our staff.
vii. If a student cause any damage to the Centre’s property, parents or guardians are to be held responsible for compensation including full costs of repair.
viii. Students are responsible for their own wellbeing and must bring pack lunch (drinking water,( heater is available but only members of staff can operate).
ix. Radiant have the right to expel students who breach rules on a regular basis; will result in immediate expulsion after consultation with parent or guardian. Radiant coaching centres decision in such cases will be final and students will have no legal remedy against expulsion in such cases.
x. Mobile phone/I-pod is not allowed in the class. If at all student carries mobile phone in the class, then it should be kept switched off. The Institute is not responsible for any loss/theft of any personal belongings in the Institute.
xi. A student, who is late by more than 10 minutes for classes/tests, will not be allowed to enter the classroom.
xii. The expulsion can be implemented for actions such as (but not limited to) abuse towards staff, abuse towards peers, any form of bullying, any rude words spoken or written, damage to Centre’s property, failure to attend classes, being consistently late, not completing homework, consistently not bringing in materials, or cuase any cyber attack against centre, any disafame cuase thorugh social media or digital medias or thorugh internet .
xiii. Students are expected to observe and act upon the lesson timetable and must attend all classes on time.and must follow disciplines as instructed by the officer in Charge
xiv. Students must attend the exams conducted by the institute.
xv. Must enter and exit the Centre premises accordingly and sensibly to avoid disturbance to others.
xvi. Resource fee of 700 rs per hour must be paid for offline classes and cost of 1500 Rs during registration, which non-refundable (excludes core textbooks).
xvii. Fees will be calculated in advance and invoiced 1st of each month which is to be paid full in advance. Failure to pay the fees on time may result in exclusion from classes.
xviii. If a student cannot attend the lesson fee must still be paid but they will receive compensation hours which can be used during extra revision time.
xix. If a student is expelled or leaves before the end of the month the remaining fee is forfeited. The Centre will not refund remaining fees in such circumstances.
xx. If parent or guardian wishes to withdraw their child/children they must give 4 weeks written notice.
xxi. Compensation hours accumulated will not be accessible or refunded once a student is either withdrawn or expelled.
xxii. Radiant centre reserves the right to amend the rules and regulations as and when necessary.
xxiii. If any student does not pay the fee on the due date as mentioned in the prospectus or is defaulter in the fee payment, he/she shall be stopped from attending the classes. It is therefore, in the interest of the parents & students that they should deposit the fee on the due dates mentioned.
xxiv. If student name is struck-off due to non-payment of fee for more than 3 weeks from the due date, the student shall have to pay Rs. 500/- for re-admission.
xxv. Radiant Classes reserves its right to make any alteration in its programs/venue /timing and days of classes without any prior notice to anybody. The decision of the Director will be final & binding on the students & the parents.
xxvi. If the teachers feel that the student is not working hard, creating indiscipline in the Institute, irregular in attendance, not responding properly, student may be expelled from the Institute. The decision of the Director in this regard will be final and binding on the student/parent. No fee or part of the fee will be refunded in such cases.
xxvii. After depositing money towards registration, if a student due to any reason whatsoever wants to take his/her money back after the enrollment, the Institute will not refund or adjust the money deposited towards Registration fee/Admission fee.
xxviii. In case if any parent/guardian misbehaves with any staff member of the Radiant Classes, the student can be rusticated from the Institute. The decision of the Director in this regard will be final and binding on the student/parent. No fee or part of the fee will be refunded in such cases.
xxix. In case of any dispute, the decision of the Managing Director, Radiant Classes is final and binding on all faculty members, students & business associates. All disputes are subject to jurisdiction of Ernakulam High Court.
xxx. if any student remains absent for more than 10 days consecutively without any prior written application, he/she shall not be allowed to attend / join classes and shall not be given any test paper(s). He/she shall be expelled from the Institute . No separate intimation will be sent to the parents in this regard. No fee or part of the fee paid/encashed shall be refunded in such cases. The decision of the Managing Director of the Company in this regard will be final and binding on the students & parents
xxxi. The Radiant is responsible for providing teaching and admin staff to all its students for the course. In case of exit or movement of any teacher or faculty at any branch / centre, the parent / guardian is not permitted or allowed to create any discord or hooliganism at the branch / centre
xxxii. TheRadiant reserves the right to dis-continue / rusticate a student from the enrolled course, in case any of the parent / guardian is found to be misconducting, using foul language or issuing threats over phone, email or in person towards the Institute
xxxiii. It is the responsibility of the parents to submit the fee of their ward in time as per schedule given in the prospectus. They should not expect reminders and calls from the Radiant
xxxiv. The parents can meet the Centre-In-charge of the appropriate centre for any enquiry about their ward’s progress or any other problem concerning their ward with prior appointment.
xxxv. In case any additional GST or any kind of taxes are levied by the Govt. or as per any law, on any type of scholarship/concession given to the student at the time of admission or during the progress of the course, then, the same will be charged/recovered from the student / parents from the date of enforcement of the act by the government
xxxvi. In case, the government levies any kind of tax or increases the existing GST of 18%, then, such additional liability will be payable by the student/parent from the date from which such tax or increase in GST have come into force. In case of nonpayment, the same shall be recovered from student via debit from their security deposit. Moreover, any fee due or pending payments or penalties due towards the Company shall also be debited from the security deposit amount
xxxvii. Supplying photocopies of Admit Cards, etc.: Students enrolled with the Institute shall provide photocopy of Admit Card of various Foundations Level / Medical / Engineering Entrance Exams, as soon as they receive the admit cards from the examining body before / during Test Series to be conducted in March, failing which the student shall not be allowed to attend Test Series & shall not be given Test papers
